Disappointed
I tried to be patient when things switched from Viggle to Perk but there has been nothing but issue after issue. At the beginning of December I redeemed points I had been accumulating for years for a gift card. Almost 3 months later, I have still not received it. Furthermore I have sent three emails to support trying to figure out what is going on and I have not even received an acknowledgment of my email. Will be deleting this app as it is a waste of time. Very disappointed because when it was originally Viggle alone the gift cards and products would come immediately after redemption.
