I had accepted that you had to keep the app open and running for an entire show to get points, but now it gets stuck every time it goes to ads so that the only points you earn is the one point you get for checking in to a show. Please fix ASAP!!

This app wasted 2 years of my time. Downloaded it years ago. Was okay at first even though I knew I would need to save awhile to get anything worth redeeming my points for. Well after several phones and several periods of not having it downloaded on my phone because I didnt use it every minute of every day, I download it again and all my points were gone and found out changes had been made! It was connected to an older email account and I didnt see the emails about the changes until after the due date to transfer them and now what? All that for nothing? Man up Viggle.

The only thing I can think of to explain this app is they dont want people to use it. It never works. If I was their advertisers, I would leave because even the ads dont work right. I used to enjoy this app because it actually rewarded you for wasting time watching tv. And it was awesome when you could Viggle music. Fix it and Ill love it again!

Have had app for 4 years. Used to be good and I did get some cool stuff. Yesterday I went to download some music and out of the blue with no notice the points were devalued by roughly 800%. What was 32,000 points is now 239,000. Total BS and a joke. Biggest ripoff ever. Now almost every time I check into a show I cant get through the first commercial. Just spins and spins. Terrible

Terrible app!! I dont like the perk points its a waste of time earning points because it will literally take soooo long just to earn enough points for $1 dollar!!!! And its all junk! And somehow all of my points mysteriously disappeared! Ugh!

Ive used viggle for years. It used to work great, but very few rewards were available. Now rewards are available, but the app never works. It will take you a month of using the app all day, every day, to earn a $25 gift card. And since the app freezes and crashes constantly, youll get a months worth of headaches too.

Im giving Viggle a pity star only because they used to be a good app but presently they dont deserve even that. Its a waste of time to try to check in to any shows because as soon as the first advertisement comes on the screen goes black and thats where it stays until you abort out of the app. Worst part of all is you wont get any points for your trouble. This has been going on for several months and Ive reported it to their Support people and all they do is blame it on bad videos from their advertisers. Really? Is every advertiser giving you a bad video? I dont think so. Anyway, dont waste your time with this one because you hey dont even try to fix their problems.

App just freezes. Trivia games pictures wont show up.

Viggle was actually kind of a fun app to use once you knew what to do. They kept their word once you redeemed and your prices were there- end of story. Now that Perk has taken over, this isnt even a shadow of what it was. Unstable, crashes constantly, opens your browser and the points rewarded are inconsistent, youll never know how much youll get per add. The only reason I havent deleted this unstable app is because, like many Viggle users, I had accumulated points and didnt cash in before the buy out. The conversion system is a joke. I had enough to get a PS4 and with the perk conversion system Im sure I wasnt even going to get a third of what a PS4 is worth. I stupidly got other Perk apps to help me with the points needed to convert- yeah, thats right, points you earned are locked away until you get enough Perk points. So, downloaded the other apps. Disaster, they work well for a week or two but then they stop rewarding you points, apps freeze or stop responding. Perk programmers seem like they have no idea what they are doing or are doing it on purpose to hand out less points because, what a shock, the adds play perfectly. Dont get this app, its no different on Android either.

I understand Viggle overextended itself as a business but thats no excuse for deception. I expected to get almost NOTHING when the Perk merger went through. Now it takes at least a month to earn $5.00 worth of credit. Viggle has always been an app to use if you have nothing better to do than watch TV....App that is now basically a junk app. Also, customer service is essentially non-existent. The app cheats you out of points youve earned. WARNING: The videos will overheat your phone possibly placing a strain on your devices battery.

How it works: you let them play commercials almost nonstop on your phone or tablet, and you get points you can redeem for gift cards or cash. Well, the commercials never work. They wont play, they freeze, they open your web browser in the middle of playing. Recently the app froze up my entire phone - couldnt turn it on or off or force the app closed. Ive never seen an app that functions this poorly.

Here we are 4 months later and now I can only get one point when I check in to the show. It goes to a commercial after it plays you should get points for watching. But no. It just gets stuck there. No points. sometimes you can get it to start again. Most of the time you have to start over and check in again. Very frustrating. Awful!this app has moved backwards instead of forward. Very difficult to get checked into a show. Doesnt even recognize featured bonus shows. When you try to do it manually says the show is not on. Takes a full 1-2 minutes to even open the app. Very disappointing and more difficult to use. Plays an ad sending you to a different site. When you try to go back to viggle it is blank and you are no longer earning points. Waste time trying to get the app to recognize the show again.

Freezing up the screen and the phone where you have to turn off the phone and turn it back on for your iPhone to work. I have an I phone 6S. Had to uninstall & reinstall to many times to count - emailed Perk and problem still remained - freezes up after commercials too. If there was a lower then 1 star to rate this app - that what I would rate it

Perk point conversion from viggle is highway robbery! Wasted time and effort.

I like the idea of this app but the last update was horrible. When Im trying to check into a show it takes multiple times for it to sense the correct show. Also the screen goes black when Im trying to navigate through the App. Its frustrating to have to spend so much time on this when its suppose to be so easy. They expired all my points without notice. Ugh

Doesnt deserve any stars!! Account was deactivated by Perk. Submitted numerous requests for an explanation and NEVER received any response. Request was just closed and marked as solved. Before Perk, Viggle used to be a decent app. Earned physical prizes and gift cards. Now it is absolutely terrible and a total con!

This app used to be awesome back in the day. It was super easy to use and you could passively gain points and choose to watch an ad for a few extra points. Now its nothing but ad after ad! Its a shame! What happened to you Viggle?

i love viggle i used to hate it but once you sit down and learn how it works it really is an amazing app cashed out a couple times , i love it ??

I used to LOVE ( more like obsessed) this app, but ever since the perk update its been horrible. Its time to delete it now since it has no use. Its been fun while it lasted Viggle.

**Update-- Check-ins freeze, only 2pt values, customer service via Twitter has disappeared. Complete waste of time. While the merger is ongoing there will of course be hiccups, Im glad that at least we will have prizes again. Until then Im happily Viggling away.
