Horrible

Doesnt work half the time. Not many points for the time it takes to add up. Constantly crashing when trying to get points. Contacted support several times with no response. Soon I will just give up. No fun.

Disappointed!

Been with Viggle for years, back when is was Viggle points. I finally converted my points to perks. 3414. And they have expired due to inactivity!!! No notice or nothing!! APP DELETED!!! No longer a proud sponsor!! Deuces!✌?

Used to be fun

Im glad to see Im not alone in my irritation. I was surprised to see I had no points when I logged in after a month WITH NO NOTICE. Im sure somewhere in the T&C for the new format it says that points expire, but thats a lousy way to treat your customers. Delete.

Forgot This Noise

I have had accumulated so many points before switching to this "Perk" system. Since then, my points went down to being less than what I accumulated and now theyre absolutely gone. Ive wasted my time for nothing; I never even used my points as I was banking them. Ridiculous app. Dont even bother. They worked hard to earn their one star reviews, thats for sure. Deleting this POS now. Ugh.

Music

You only can do tv or streaming, there is no music anymore.

Extra points not given

Installed this app a year ago, used for 2 months then deleted, did not give points for watching extra videos, it show and gives while on but when log off then back on again they are gone. Installed again last week SAME problem, WAST of my time! Delete again!

Ripoff!

When Perk bought out Viggle I had over 680,000 points. Started converting them to perk point. Could only do this 1x every 30 days. So thats what I was doing. Went into the app to convert more points and I had no points! Said that do to inactivity in 30 days all my points were deleted. Id give this app a negative star and a few choice words if I could!

Was good worked good NOW CRASHES ALL THE TIME

Locks up freezes up loss points all the the time update from 2/23/16 did not fix the bugs as it states. Customer service is non existent never email back cant do a thing with the app.

DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. At the 1st of the year my points went from almost 2mil to 0. If this is due to not changing over in a certain amount of time, then two things: 1. Allow people more than such a small amount to transfer each month. 2. Give warning that youre going to take all of their points away. I was disappointed with the merge and now disgusted with this move. You have done a huge disservice to your loyal playing customers.

This app came back nicely.

This app is worth it again. Not like it used to be but still worth it.

Useless app hope they go bankrupt

Fu**ers you stole all my points. I had well over 1 million points and now I have zero. I have a Big F you Viggle.

Waste of time-nothing but thieves

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. I spent years on Viggle and had well over 1 million points. However, they sold the app to perk. You can only convert points at a snails pace and it wouldve taken several more years to convert them all over. So, Ive been doing that since the change and had around 36,000 perk points. Its garbage because they give you so many less perk points for your Viggle points. Well, today I went in to convert points and they completely deleted all of my points to 0. It said I had been inactive for 30 days. They sent me no email or warning that this was about to happen. This app is the biggest con there is. Dont waste your time, all theyll do is screw you.

Terrible

Why on earth can I not scan music anymore? The new version of the app only allows for streams or shows. That was the entire point of this app. Furthermore, all my points were taken away because I was away from the app for 30 days. I was away for 30 days because the app was broken. I shouldnt be punished because the app is poorly designed. also it doesnt even work for streaming music anymore which was the entire point of the app. Dont waste your time.

New version has terrible design

Just downloaded new version, its so annoying to get the pop-up demographic questions. Supposedly its optional, but they annoy the heck out of users with constant pop-ups. Enough already!!

Pitiful

You say that the e would be happy with the latest update but I dont think that anyone will be happy. The app is not giving me points. I tried it on a few different shows and now the Super Bowl and still not working. Please fix this. Also wondering when you reduced the points to only get 2 times the points from 8 times???

Worst

Th constant adds are ridiculous. The app keeps timing out while watching tv causing me to have to unlock my phone and start it up again. This app should run in the background once logged in and a show selected. Ill be uninstalling this asap.

I used to have several viggle points then converted to way less perk points. Then my points disappeared. I emailed 5 times over a couple weeks. No response

Wow terrible update!!!!

This recent update has been the worst of them all. It has cost me at least 100 noticeable points that I havent been paid for... you are ripping off your users. I have been on this app for 1.5 years but Im truly considering backing out and quitting this. The ads crash constantly. You dont get points for the ads you do watch. I dont know how this app is supposed to be useable. This needs to be fixed asap, and maybe you guys need a new tech team because clearly when every update makes the app run terrible and every review starts being terrible this is a problem on your end.

Zero Stars!!!

The App continuously crashes. Either the screen will go blank and you wont have any choice but to close the app and reopen it, and you wont be earning points anymore. Or the app closes all by itself, and you wont be earning points anymore. Horrible waste of time. It was a great app years ago. Its gotten worse and worse since Viggle became Perk.

Points are not awarded

Points are not awarded after watching an add. I must have lost over 100 points from watched 1 and 2 points adds that were not awarded. And those are the ones I noticed. Re downloading the app or restarting the phone does not fix the issue. App is the issue!
