Used to sign in all the time and collect points, then they change how thats done and my nearly millon points is no worth 50,000. Then because I could not log on for over 30 days the jerks wipe out over 60K in points I had earned. Dont waste your time with this garbage

I used to love Viggle and recommended it to friends. Then Perk bought it and it has not worked right since. It constantly crashes, opened Safari pages without asking, and just doesnt work. Customer support on Twitter actually blocked my Twitter account after I complained about an issue I had been having for over 3 months. I wouldnt recommend Viggle to anyone now.

Sometimes the app does glitch but unlike everyone here I have gotten used to the perks merge and just continue to make money and put it on a perks credit card you can get through them and Im still marking money. I do miss not being able to get music though but money is better! I am deducting one star for the fact that I have to make sure my phone screen is on all the time and I cant do anything else while its going ? I dont know if this is available on iPad/tablet etc but if so it would be better than not being able to use our phones

Yup. Ive had viggle since it came out. I racked up 70,000 points that disappeared on me one day. I complained of course but no one cared. So I started over. Had about 50,000. Again they disappeared and again Im being ignored. Shame. Used to love this app. Now if I could give it a zero I would!

Why Viggle? Why would you change to this crap!? I am deleting my app. I hate it since Perks took over and I lost all my points.

I lost 350,000 points when I played with Viggle and Perks took over. I was so upset. It took forever to get 25,000 points. Lately, Perks (not Viggle) has been freezing, went black, ads freezing to the point where I couldnt go back to the question. It has been the worst update ever.

Love the app honestly but its been a week today sea world add freezing EVERY time it pops up causing me to miss TONS of points I have cashed out many times so its a legit app but this add is on other things I use and not this issue

An ad-playing app whose ads constantly crash the app...whats the point? Non-existent support; dont waste your time with this garbage.

I used to LOVE the initial viggle but ever since perks took over the app went to become a useless app on my phone. I used viggle for years and lived how easy it was to use the app: barely any crashes, the music point option was awesome! When perk bought them, I was no able to switch all of my points to so little by little I was trying to get something out of all the time invested in the past. Well, since the new app crashes all the time and they make it almost impossible to gain a point, I stopped using... and I just wanted to redeem my points. Well, they cleared my account so Im down to ZERO!! Contacted "viggle" 5 times through the app. No one responded. Contacted perks and they blatantly said that due to inactivity the account was cleared. No way to retrieve anything. Dont waste your time and effort. Dont use this app!!

I was a fan of this app for a few years, but once Perk took over it is terrible. Many crashes and you cant do anything while watching. I also lost my points that I carried over from old Viggle. I give up on this app. Too bad it was a great app before.

App is terrible. Black screen, quiz has a question but the pics dont show up. Used to be a cool app...DELETE

Wow. No warning or anything about the new 30 day inactivity policy and I lost almost 4000 perk points. Worst company switch I have ever seen along with crappy app. Zero stars ???

they make you collect points and after you have wasted long enough time to get a reward... they come up with a take over policy which literally gives you nothing in xchange of those points... clearly they dont care about their user and want to earn money by misleading the advertisers and the user... please dont download this app!!! update 19th march bye bye viggle. waiting to see an email saying u guys are shutting it out. moved to 5 star to 0 in 1.5 years

Screen goes black and points stop. Restarting, reloading doesnt help. Hey Viggle if you want to close down, give a projected date, let the app work so we can get our last item and then shut down! Its obvious you now want no one to earn points. If this posts with 2 stars its only because the post wouldnt go through with 1.

Ever since switching to Perk, the entire app has just gone downhill. I loved the original app where I could get a 100 points a song (I listen to music Often so getting rewards for doing an everyday things was a amazing!), I use to be able to easily redeem and got 2 or 3 songs for free, but now the app is terrible. You barely get any points for doing so much, and its just a complete waste of time. If the app went back to the way it was before Perk got involved I would be beyond ecstatic.

Ive been using this app for a while (over two years) and I had no problems cashing in $50 gift card in Dec. 2016. I think it needs a correct update to avoid constant crashing and black out screens every 15 minutes after checking in. Other then that its I think if u want fast money, get a real job. This is a nice app that gets u real money for watching tv! P.S. Viggle please update the app to stop it from crashing.

Cashed out a $100 gift card and it wasnt honored. This company should be investigated. Ill never use this app again.

Do not even bother with this app. It used to be GREAT but now it has SO MANY ISSUES that it is not worth the headache.

I used it frequently when it was Viggle. Now, since they switched to Perk, I HATE THIS APP! I cant do anything on my device while its running. The absolute worst thing is after watching these ads, the screen goes black and the app crashes so I dot receive any points and I have to restart the app. This happens almost every single time I launch the app. Also, you cant get any points for listening to music anymore. Its like they intentionally dont want us to receive any points. Also, it runs 3-5 videos on bonus shows (like The Voice) then crashes so I get ZERO points after watching the ads. This is ridiculous and I am DONE! If I could give this app ZERO stars, I would! I am definitely deleting it. Hey Perk, can you hear the mic dropping?

Does anyone even work at Viggle in support anymore? This app crashes every other ad or so on Bonus Shows especially when is when you can really rack up your points! I would advise any company interested in purchasing "cheap" ad space for advertising to completely disregard this cheap advertising opportunity because your potential customers will never see your ad because Viggle constantly crashes! What a waste of mine and my husbands time. Why even try with this app anymore after over 2 years?! Viggle sure doesnt try!!
