Points are not awarded after watching an add. I must have lost over 100 points from watched 1 and 2 points adds that were not awarded. And those are the ones I noticed. Re downloading the app or restarting the phone does not fix the issue. App is the issue!

Been using Viggle for over a year. After a few updates and changes it stopped recognizing the shows I watched. Took them a month to fix. Since I didnt "check-in" for 30 days, they erased over 250k points I had! No warning or email. Now no response from developer. Huge waste of time and effort. Work an extra hour, youll get the same reward it to me a year to get, and youll watch your show in peace. Very upset. Mad.

I love how my points disappeared. I had over 50,000 perk points - now I have 1. 1 single point. I also had over 100,000 viggle points left to convert. That total? 0. 0 viggle points. Thanks guys ??

I had more than enough points to buy a Keurig 2.0, then after the conversion I only had enough to buy a $1 gift card. That should show you how much this thing tanked.

It was fun at first but now every time I click into it it immediately closes. Its being really slow and buggy. Fix it! Im about to cash in my point and delete it.

Change the rules always then just deleted all my points because I hadnt entered anything in a few months but no notification of pending deletion. But they sure bombard you with other notifications. If I could give no stars I would! Deleting app after this review

I tried to be patient when things switched from Viggle to Perk but there has been nothing but issue after issue. At the beginning of December I redeemed points I had been accumulating for years for a gift card. Almost 3 months later, I have still not received it. Furthermore I have sent three emails to support trying to figure out what is going on and I have not even received an acknowledgment of my email. Will be deleting this app as it is a waste of time. Very disappointed because when it was originally Viggle alone the gift cards and products would come immediately after redemption.

I didnt have many Viggle points before the last update, nothing like the point amount people mentioned in the other reviews, but I still had a couple hundred. Tried to sign into my account today after a hiatus from the app, and ALL of my points have vanished. Whats the point of the app if theyre deleting what you earn? Deleting until it earns better reviews.

Awful!this app has moved backwards instead of forward. Very difficult to get checked into a show. Doesnt even recognize featured bonus shows. When you try to do it manually says the show is not on. Takes a full 1-2 minutes to even open the app. Very disappointing and more difficult to use. Plays an ad sending you to a different site. When you try to go back to viggle it is blank and you are no longer earning points. Waste time trying to get the app to recognize the show again.

Ever since the merger, this app keeps tanking further. Crashes constantly, lost my 300,000 points when the transition occurred and never got them back, lost my multiple membership vouchers that I had paid for, dont get points for completing activities, and more. Viggle selling to this company was the worst decision ever. So incredibly aggravated.

This used to be an amazing app that you honestly earned points just for watching tv. It says you still do but its actually you only get points for watching ads. Wish it would go back to the way it used to be.

Almost never works for recognizing songs. For example, If SoundHound works 80% of the time, Viggle works 10% of the time. Needs to be easier to open, needs a way to have it start listening when it opens, needs to have lyrics for songs, closed captions for tv shows. Then it would be worth 5 stars.

It keeps crashing and when it does not crash it freezes. It is not giving me points for clicking on ads or watching shows. Its just terrible, I hope they do an update soon that works.

This app is absolutely terrible. Whenever I go to tap any TV show or music it doesnt give me the option for music it only gives the option for live TV or streaming. This app used to be pretty good because you could listen to music and then download the MP3s with the points that you got but now you get way less points for only TV shows.

Earning points is tougher than before. It was such a great app about 2 years ago.. now it takes longer to earn points and you need ALOT for the smallest prizes. I stopped using it almost a year ago.. decided to try it again and realized quickly why I stopped using it. Waste.

2/23/17 It just gets worse and worse. If I could give it no star, I would. I use a lot of apps between my phone and iPad. This by far is the worst app that exists in the App Store. Doesnt work 100% of the time. Instead of putting out an app that doesnt work, just get rid of it. ? ---------- Update: If I can give it half a star I would. Was trying to get a gift card after the new version, and it tells me that they will text me to confirm my cell phone. Has it ever occur to any of these people working there to think about those who have cell phones but we cant receive texts because we dont want to pay for it (since there are about thousand of texting apps). In addition, my mother uses her iPad to viggle, and the iPad she has is not a cellular ones. Why bother with creating an iPad version if you are going to limit to only cell phones?? ------------ At least before this new version, there were something worth collecting the point for...gift cards. Now, what is the point? No good rewards anymore. If it doesnt change, will stop opening the app.

I understand that you needed to reduce the amount of points you were giving out so you werent losing money. However, ALL bonus shows nowadays are only double the points? A month or so ago they had some 4x/5x shows. Will be deleting the app after I redeem for my last gift card. Not worth the space on my phone to take up all this data just to get one gift card every 2 months. Not to mention, the trivia is a waste of time too since you have to watch ads to get the points. Dont bother with the trivia, just watch the ads that pop up.

Since December, some of the ads launch a Safari web page without my consent. This is a security issue. The launching of the web page also forces the app to the background, which prevents the user from generating points until Viggle is deactivated. I have complained many times and the company has done nothing, instead the number of ads with this issue have increased so that it now happens as often as 7 times in 30 minutes. This issue has ruined my enjoyment of the app and makes me think the company cares more about blocking the points I earn than the security risk of opening a web page without my consent.

This App Is Horrible! I Used It Once, A Long Time Ago. I Hated It Then! So I Gave It Another Try, And It Wasnt Worth It... Especially Because The Long Ads, Never Recognizes Anything, I Hear A LOT About Security Risks. Worst App I Know!
